At House of Sofella our goal is to have customers satisfied with their order and we believe your shopping experience should be an enjoyable experience. Therefore, we will gladly accept exchanges or issue store credit on non-sale items returned within 7 days from the date the package is delivered. The item must have original tags and must be returned unwashed, unused, and undamaged. If the return item does not meet policy, they will be returned back to the customer. For exchanges/store credit please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly provide details for the return. Once the item has been inspected you will receive a follow up email for the exchange/store credit. Store credit never expires and may exchanged for items in stock.
All sale items are final and are not eligible for store credit.
